Last Updated: June 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Click Slim ("ClickSlim," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit or use our website located at https://clickslim.com and the related services we offer (together, the "Site" and "Services").
ClickSlim provides telehealth medical weight management and wellness services through licensed, independent healthcare providers. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy and our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
This Policy applies to information collected through the Site. Protected health information that you share as part of receiving medical care is handled under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices — see the "Health Information and HIPAA" section below.
About ClickSlim
ClickSlim is a patient management platform that partners with independent, licensed physician networks (including Beluga Health) and licensed pharmacies to deliver medical weight management and wellness services. ClickSlim operates primarily through an asynchronous telehealth model, meaning care is delivered through secure electronic communication rather than scheduled live visits. Live audio or video visits may be provided when clinically appropriate or required by law.
ClickSlim does not directly provide medical or pharmacy services, is not a pharmacy, and does not manufacture, dispense, or ship medications. When prescribed, medications are dispensed by appropriately licensed pharmacies.
